Withdrawal Payment Time Frames

Withdrawal requests are processed three business days from the date of request. For Gold VIP members (casino only), we will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within one business day from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request from within the Cashier, and return it to your bankroll. This will allow you to play for real money without making a new deposit to your ReefClub account. After three business days (one business day for casino Gold VIP members), the status of your withdrawal request will change to "processed" and you will no longer be able to cancel it.

You will be notified by email once processing of your withdrawal request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.

We will endeavour to process all withdrawals within the specified time period stated above, however there may be occasions where this does not occur, due to reasons which include but are not limited to verification procedures, technical issues or third parties' acts or omissions. We shall not be liable to you for any delay in processing your withdrawal request.

In addition, we reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in your country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.
